Reverse: COS II P P CONG P R, To right, Trajan on platform, seated left on curule chair, right hand extended. To left, togate man climbs steps to second platform, Liberalitas holding abacus to left, officer seated left writing on tablet while soldier stands guard; SC in exergue.

A rare and interesting piece commemorating Trajan's first Donative to the citizens of Rome, said to be roughly 75 denarii per person.
Most examples have a different bust, however Heritage sold a coin with the same dies in 2019.
